Music:

We offer rock'n roll (guitar, bass guitar, drums), keyboards, and chorus.  Campers need not bring a guitar to participate in guitar offerings, but a camper who takes guitar and wants to jam with others may bring a guitar to camp. Beginning guitar and other group guitar periods are offered, as well as drums and beginning piano to intermediate piano. Campers will not have to practice! The focus of the activities is to enrich the camper's musical instruction, and daily music activity periods will help to reinforce whatever is taught. Singing music that is fun makes reading notes and counting rhythm a delight. Rhythm receives further emphasis through the use of beat boxes, homemade percussion instruments, and eurhythmics. During some sessions we create a percussion gym, and in some sessions campers may compose music.
